A happy little story aout the sheep who runs away and how Cracker Jim and Flossie have to find him. They end up having a great party to celebrate his return.
The story is read by a 12 year old and the words light up as they are read to assist learning. Each page is followed by a video clip which relates to that topic. So you see a queen bee and baby bees hatching, kids at the Daycare, a farm bike loaded with dogs who climb on and then fall off, drone mustering sheep and then delivering pizza along with a dogs bone, sheep escaping onto the road using bolt cutters and lots of other fun stuff.
Read how Flossie uses cow whispering to communicate to Pete the Pilot as she and Cracker Jim battle to save the wheat crop. Polly and Al Gorridge are there of course and it all ends happily with a party. Based on a real event with lots of poetic liecence!!
Another exciting story tells how Cracker Jim keeps his creek water clean, but then becomes more serious as the Burglars try to steal Cracker Jim's Farmbike. However Flossie assisted by Bertie the Bull saves the Farmbike and the Burglars end up in the effluent pond. The Police take the Burglars away and once again Flossie has saved the day. A very topical fun story with great colourful illustrations by Phill Simmonds.
This is our unique DVD. Using the songs from the CD "Fun on the Farm" we have created a mixture of KiwiBop and Gillian Henderwood dancing in a woolshed, a cow paddock and other rural scenes. These are then mixed with action shots of how farm activities are carried out in New Zealand. Mix in some animation and you have a unique creative learning experience. You can view one of the songs "Sandwiches or Toast" on the home page.
A popular book in the series. Cracker Jim and Flossie face a drought on their farm. The sheep escape onto the road to eat the grass there. Pete the Pilot comes to their aid to get the sheep back into the paddock And then the rain chomes with lots of celebration. Find the bee on every page.
A book plus a Read with Me version of the story. Gina Keil reads the story accompanied by background sound effects such as mooing cows, Flossie barking and Pete the Pilot flying overhead. The story is prefaced and finished with music from our CD "Fun on the Farm." It is then repeated three more times. Sorry the picture doesn't show the book, but it is included with the CD.
Cracker Jim's truck has broken down on the hill. Will they be able to get the cows to the Saleyards in time for the Sale? Another exciting advenure. This is a real farmy story
